We are seeking colleagues at the Manager and Senior Manager levels to join our Amsterdam team and lead high-impact projects that deliver measurable value for our clients. These roles include aspects of leadership, strategic thinking, hands-on project management, and potential business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Delivery:
  • Significantly contribute to and/or lead complex consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust-based relationships.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to address client challenges, with a focus on sustainable growth and digital transformation.
  • Provide insights on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics both internally and to clients.
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Mentor and/or manage colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to colleagues and/or project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Champion professional development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Business Development:
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Contribute to and/or build proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and the Management Team to position NextWave-Infinium as a thought leader.
Thought Leadership:
  • Represent NextWave-Infinium at industry events, conferences, and forums.
  • Publish white papers, articles, or blogs to showcase expertise and promote the company’s brand.

Key Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, STEM, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • ~6-15yrs years of consulting or change experience, with a track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.
  • Proven expertise in one or more of the following: sustainable finance, ESG, data, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, automation, workflow tooling, risk & finance, CFO, or strategic change.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Exceptional relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving expertise and data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Dutch or another European language is an advantage.
  • Business acumen with an eye for identifying growth opportunities.
